Happy Autumn and for those of you who love everything pumpkin spice….Happy Pumpkin Spice Season! I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather and the beauty of the changing leaves. We are reminded of how beautiful and majestic God’s creation is as each season changes. As you will see below, the Lord has truly ushered in a season full of new and exciting ways to serve the Lord and grow as women in Christ! Please join us in the future and be part of the journey of growth, connection, and fellowship – we would love to see you.

WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING SINCE OUR LAST NEWSLETTER:

  • Summer Bible Study

    June to Aug 2024: These beautiful ladies beat the heat this summer by studying the Word of God together for 10 weeks!  Led by Michelle Yoo and Sarah Cho, the Bible Study focused on the power and gift of “Gratitude” and how we can find the blessings of God in our everyday lives.  Be on the lookout to join us for future Bible Study sessions!

  • Fall Large Group

    “Celebration of Discipleship” - September 8:  Close to 40 sisters in attendance, we had a wonderful time of fellowship, prayer & praise (special thanks to Hannah Choi for leading us in praise), testimonies from a discipleship partners (special shout out to Michelle Yoo and Ella Chung for sharing!), and officially launched our 2nd year of discipleship.

  • Women Discipling Women

    EC Women’s Discipleship: Our second year of Women’s Ministry Discipleship has officially kicked-off and will run through May 2025. We have over 50 women participating this year and will be focusing on the topic of prayer (guided by Tim Keller’s book “Prayer”.) Please pray for all the disciples & disciplers to share their lives intentionally and to forge lifelong, Christ-centered relationships. We also encourage you to prayerfully consider being involved next year if you couldn’t join us this year.

  • Women of Grace

    EC Women’s CG: Praise the Lord for the launch of EC’s very first all-women CG!  This is an answer to our prayers, and we are elated to have 15 ladies joining our CG this year. Please pray for us as we are eager to grow and learn in God’s Word together and build a new community together!

  • Celebrating Pastor Appreciation Month

    October is Pastor Appreciation Month and our ministry was honored to sponsor the celebration of our beloved and faithful pastors and intern pastors!  Let’s continue to pray for them as they live out God’s missions and calling at our church!

    Please join us for an evening of Christmas celebration, fellowship and giving opportunity for local youths moving into their first home!

  • Women’s Ministry Retreat

    Our very first retreat will be taking place on March 15th, 2025. More details to follow but please mark your calendar for now!
